Our Story
ColbyCo is a family business founded in Derry New Hampshire in 2005. Initially focused on residential real estate investment, the financial crisis of 2008 presented an opportunity for Celina and George to transition into restoring foreclosed properties. This is where our commitment to quality was born. While dramatized spectacles of home flippers garnered millions of watchers nationwide, we took a different approach, instead focusing on ensuring that delivering a quality product to the homeowner was always the top priority.
George pioneered this effort by developing a highly specialized system used to acquire properties that were best positioned to be improved upon with major restorative efforts. This methodical approach led to the successful completion of over restoration 90 projects across New Hampshire. George like’s to point out one of his favorite metrics, that none of the properties ColbyCo sold ever went back into foreclosure. This impressive statistic is a result of the focus on quality, and an insistence that new homeowners aren’t surprised with repair bills resulting from poor workmanship by a home flipper.
Meet The Team
Meet Celina – Celina is the founder, original CEO and visionary behind ColbyCo Properties. She started the business with her husband, George, in 2015 when the company headquarters was a few desks we set up in our living room. From humble beginnings Celina was instrumental in growing the company by guiding projects towards being the best quality property rehabilitations in the New Hampshire market. Celina is also a successful artist based out of Hampton NH.

Meet Nick – Nick joins ColbyCo Properties from a successful career in Industrial Automation, which led him to the Seacoast area where he lives with his wife and their dog. Nick has extensive personal experience in investment real estate and property rehabilitation. His experience in advanced manufacturing and technology helps deliver value for our clients by providing answers that go deeper than your average agent.
